How can I track my order?
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order code. You can use this code to track your order by visiting our Track Order page.
What’s your return & exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to limited inventory. But, if there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email tanduongbk@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes, we can facilitate custom orders for certain products. If you’re interested in a custom piece, please contact us with your request, and we will do our best to accommodate it.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping is 14-21 business days. Currently we can only offer one standard shipping option. Please see our Shipping Page for more detailed information on shipping.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and other secure payment methods. Our payment gateway is designed to protect your personal and financial information, ensuring a safe transaction process.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we have worldwide shipping! But please be aware that you may be required to pay additional duty/customs fees depending on where you are ordering from. Check with your local customs office if you have any further questions. We are not responsible for any customs fees.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is made, no changes can be made. Including the item(s), and/or personal information. So please be sure of your size, color, and make sure to provide the correct address before placing an order.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We'll make it up to if you in the case that it does. We take great care in selecting the manufacturers. If you discover a flaw or fault in the item please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving that item and we'll work it out with you. Please see our refund page for more details on refunds.
